While the space is usually quiet and peaceful (as mentioned by most of our guests! 😊), there is always a small chance of hearing sounds from nearby units every so often — again, not often at all — just part of apartment living! 🛋✨ It's very rare, but we always want to set the right expectations and appreciate your understanding! 💛 ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. You can feel comfortable knowing that our cleaners follow the complete procedure to ensure that our units are entirely disinfected and sanitized, adhere to coronavirus prevention procedures, wipe all doors and keypads, and keep our environment clean. ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 9PM to 7 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors. This unit is part of a multi-apartment building. As with most residential buildings, some level of noise (such as footsteps, doors closing, or conversations) may be heard from neighboring units.
